Hey all! I am opening up the Alpha testing group for Adobe ColdFusion 2023 (Codename: Fortuna). I've been personally testing the alpha internally (alongside the engineers & support folks) for several weeks. It is nearly ready for all of you to get your claws into! When the alpha download is posted, everyone who signs up will get an email to log in and DL it. A few points: • If you've never done an alpha test, please keep in mind, IT COULD BREAK lol. It will break. Although the list of obvious changes isn't huge, we've ripped out a lot of the stuff behind the scenes to get things like SDKs & libraries updated. So yeah, um, things may blow up spectacularly. And that's good! Report that (you will have access to directly report bugs inside our JIRA through the pre-release). • The alpha is limited to 200 people. We may open it up to more folks in December. • Discussion of the alpha must be limited to the forums in the pre-release area. Seriously. • We will be posting docs as we go to help people do testing. • In no particular order, the things we'll want to have tested are: ◦ GraphQL ◦ Google Cloud ◦ SSO integration w/ admin ◦ HTMLtoPDF ◦ Much more! Seriously, while we are all testing it furiously behind the scenes, we are only so many folks, and we all kind of have the same machines. Having way more eyes, and way more environments means we will find way more bugs to fix before we even get to beta!

I'm still busy reporting CF2018 & 2021 bugs in hopes they get fixed in those versions since neither is currently EOL yet. fingers crossed
